An open house and ribbon cutting for Candlewick Senior in Monroeville was held August 25. The newly rehabilitated development was financed in part by $501,914 in Housing Credits administered by AHFA.

On June 2, the AHFA Board of Directors approved the developments selected to receive allocations of 2016 HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds and/or Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. Ten developments were approved and are expected to create 634 units of affordable housing across Alabama.
