Post-Award

From the date of the reservation, the applicant has time constraints (outlined in the reservation letter) set forth in which to submit certain documentation. Failure to submit any one or more of the items by the deadline may cause the reservation to be terminated, unless the owner obtains an approved extension from AHFA prior to the deadline.

The owner is responsible for submitting certain documentation to AHFA. Please see Pre-Construction/Reservation for additional documentation, including Extension Request Forms.
